Description

For all timber floors. A state-of-the-art polyurethane noted for its ease of application. Dries to a smooth high gloss finish for both domestic and commercial applications. Suitable for both cork and internal timbers.

Surface Preparation

Sand floors using 3 grades of paper – course, medium and fine. Ensure nail heads are punched down and filled with a suitable water-based filler. Vacuum all dust between sanding. Ensure surface is clean and free of contaminents.

Weather

Optimum on-site temperature should be between 10-25°C. Rapid airflow and direct sunlight should be avoided at all times. Recommended application temperature range 10-30°C. Do not apply below 10°C or above 35°C.

Health & Safety

This product is classified as Dangerous goods. Keep away from all ignition sources and naked flames. Avoid inhalation or contact with skin and eyes. Wear protective glasses. Application

To be applied as per the technical data sheet. Stir contents thoroughly. Apply using a 6mm short nap roller or lambswool applicator. Use a quality brush for cutting into corners and edges. Seasonal viscosity adjustments may be made by the addition of 5% Thinners or 2% Wet Edge Extender. Allow adequate time for the coating to dry thoroughly. Do not return unused material to container. Avoid wearing street shoes on the floor for a period of 7 days after application. Avoid heavy foot traffic and hard-soled shoes for a period of 7 days after application.
